Blackmore Farmers’ Market first opened its doors at the Village Hall in November 2004. Our producers are all from Essex, mainly within a 12 mile radius of Blackmore itself.
We offer traditionally reared beef, pork and lamb, venison and other game together with a wide variety of sausages. Tasty organic vegetables and eggs complement these.

To tickle the taste buds we have Indian cuisine and fish ready meals. On a sweeter note there’s delicious honey, scrumptious cakes and preserves. Hand made cards, home made dog biscuits, lovely plants and eco friendly compost and garden products round off our regular stallholders.
Come along and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the market and talk to your local producers.
